1. General Purpose of the Program:

1.To support teenagers in their life and career purpose readiness, boosting their search for better career preparation, stimulating social and economic progress in a fairer and more prosperous future.

2. The Life Vocation and Purpose Program central objective is to support OECD Teennnage Career Readiness Report, by promoting teenager connection to his purpose in life as an education support in the efforts to help lifelong learning, being able to recognize more opportunities and social cohesion.

3. To Achieve gender equality in education is not just a matter of social justice: it is a catalyst for economic growth and social well-being.”

2. How is it going do work

The Life Vocation and Purpose Systemic MentoringProgram  draws on the best available  evidence to understand what really works in career guidanceand to help schools to reduce student risk of unemployment and poor school-to-work transitions, bringing relevant

The program provides dashboards report to guide students to explore, experiment and think about theis purpose of future, and indications on their better career development route do follow in life.

3. Systemic Mentoring Foundations

The Systemic Mentoring methodology is based in four main social and psychological cientists researches:

  1. Noah Chomsky “Every person has a sense of Purpose and that can be activated by the right communication language” .
  2. Viktor Frankl “Every human being has a purpose that guides his or her meaning of life”
  3. Bernard Lievegoed “The phases of the development of our biography are guided by questions of meaning that drive them.”
  4. Bert Hellinger “The threefold of the social organization is based on three principle: The principle of belonging, the principle of purpose and principle of accountability .
4. Mentor Teachers will be trained

“Mentor teachers do not have to teach, but to develop connection to the student’s familiy purpose and have him interested to active progress in his life “.
